A Weekend in Pittsburgh

On Wednesday Ben and I went to
Bible Study at Mommom and Poppop's House
and then...
We made the 5 hour drive to Pittsburgh!!!
We were greeted with Pizza OF COURSE :)

On Thursday Aunt Lori and I went shopping for her trip to Mexico.
Ben watched Ella

and
Molly and Gretta had so much FUN!



On Friday there was much getting ready to do...
Aunt Lori and Uncle Fred for their TRIP
and
The Girls for PROM!!!
on Friday night Grandma arrived!
AND
of course Ben made FUN of me


Saturday = Prom Day

This was Julie's 1st prom and she was on the
May Day Court
as a Freshmen
She was crazy about her hair!
Maria looked gorgeous and went with her boyfriend Jorden

Out to Dinner


Saturday night Ben and I decided to make the trip home so that we could have a full Sunday to recuperate and get ready for work!
YES
Today is BEN's FIRST DAY BACK TO WORK!!!!!!


Mother's Day was Lovely.
We went to Mommom and Poppop's for a Chinese Dinner!
Food was GREAT, Company was GREAT!
I LOVE MY FAMILY!
Ben Also got me a beautiful card and Flowers AND he made me another BEAUTIFUL CARD!
We went to see Ben's Mom's grave and brought her some Sunflowers.
We Miss you So Much Mom!

Other News.....I am 16 weeks today!

It's Been Awhile...

Sadly she died in Ben's hands as he was trying to feed her milk from an eyedropper
I CRIED like she had been my pet for Years.
Owen stop bringing home bunnies; it is making Mommy sad

Last night we had TONS of FUN at my parent's house!
My Dad made an Awesome shrimp, scallop, broccoli, carrots, and rice dinner with
bread and roasted garlic!!!

After dinner we PLAYED
APPLES TO APPLES and had a BLAST!

LOVE DARE UPDATE

1. Day 17: Love Promotes Intimacy- The dare is about keeping your spouses secret's in order to make them feel safe. Pray for them instead of sharing with others.
2. Day 18: Love Seeks to Understand- The dare was to prepare a special dinner at home for you and your spouse. The purpose is to get to know your spouse better. Talk about things you normally would not discuss. You can always learn more about your partner. Benny and I made a really nice candlelit dinner together. We talked about our childhoods and how we felt about each other when we were so little. We asked each other the marital questions in the back of the book. I ask so many questions on a daily basis that I didn't learn many new things about Ben, but it was a wonderful time to just be together and talk. It was a GREAT dare!
3. Day 19: Love is Impossible- The dare is to accept the Lord, Jesus Christ, as your personal savior. Ben and I have both already done this, but what a great chapter. We are all sinners and have no way of loving each other enough without the help of our Lord.
   

Love Dare has truly been an amazing experience for Ben and I. We have learned so much about the act of Love. Our relationship has grown by leaps and bounds over the past 19 days. I am so very Thankful for this book and would strongly recommend it to EVERY couple!
